When you’re visiting North Yorkshire with all the family, knowing you can find great family-friendly places to eat is an important part of your experience. After a visit to the Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese Experience enjoy lunch in Calvert’s Restaurant with options including jacket potatoes, wraps and main meals alongside a kid’s menu, or tuck into a sandwich with a shake or smoothie from the 1897 Coffee Shop.

Grab an inside table or sit outside in the courtyard and enjoy the views. Choose from a wide selection of yummy homemade cakes, brownies and biscuits to go with your hot drink, or have a warming bowl of soup or a sandwich.

After a day exploring Harrogate refresh energy levels with pizza, pasta and salad plus, of course, their popular Dough Balls. Finish your meal with ice cream if you have room! Little ones can eat from the Piccolo menu with a free kid's activity pack.
