Gifts

North Yorkshire is home to some amazing independent gift shops selling unique gifts and souvenirs for you to take home with you. Spend some time browsing shelves laden with products often made by artisan makers who are based in the county.

Gift shops can be found in our towns and market towns, selling items with links to those areas – pick up a seaside inspired souvenir on the coast or buy a handmade woollen scarf hand-knitted in the Yorkshire Dales using wool from sheep farmed in the area.

Many attractions in North Yorkshire have an onsite shop where you can buy bespoke gifts as well as local produce and talented artisan makers based in North Yorkshire often sell their creations from their workshop or in local shops. Choose from hand-crafted candles, woodwork, jewellery, clothing and food and drink and you can support our local craftspeople.

Wherever you are in North Yorkshire, you will be able to find the perfect gift for a special celebration or occasion or a treat for yourself.
