About Whitby Brewery

When we started up our microbrewery back in 2013, we made it our mission to bring local, craft brewing back to Whitby. We'd been brewing some pretty fantastic beers at home for quite a while and thought it would be a good idea to share our creations with the whole town. We rolled up our sleeves and, together with local craftsmen, built our first brewery. After we switched the brewery on and produced the first drops of our delightfully delicious Yorkshire ale, we were pleased to discover that the beer was a hit in the local pubs.

Over the last three years, we have been steadily growing, and have just moved into a converted barn that sits in the shadow of Whitby Abbey! Our delicious range of real ales can now be found around Whitby town and further afield at pubs and festivals around the region. Look out for our beer in the pubs of Whitby and the surrounding villages. Bottles, glassware and gift packs are available throughout Whitby too, and make ideal presents - better than a stick of rock!
