About Roost Coffee & Roastery
Roost is an independent coffee shop and roastery founded in 2015 by David and Ruth. It is still a family run business using ethically sourced green beans and eco-friendly roasting technology. Roost have moved to 100% electric roasting and use of renewable energy with solar panels.
Roost Espresso bar and retail shop is located in central Malton within Talbot Yard - home to six artisan food and drink producers. The bar is within an 18th Century Grade II listed carriage house, offering espresso and pour-overs of all our current coffees. Retail bags of all beans or fresh ground can be purchased. Relax on leather sofas in our dog friendly, exposed-brick interior.
