Skipton Music Presents: Aaron Akugbo & Ryan Corbett - Skipton Town Hall

Aaron Azunda Akugbo, a Nigerian-Scottish trumpeter from Edinburgh, is a rising star known for his charismatic performances. A Royal Academy of Music graduate, he has played in the UKs top concert halls, including with Chineke! at their BBC Proms debut and has earned praise for his lyrical and refined sound.

Ryan Corbett is an award-winning accordionist, celebrated for expanding the instruments repertoire. He has performed worldwide, including at the Berlin Philharmonie as well as at UK festivals, and collaborates widely with composers and performers alike. Hailed as a standout talent, he was the first accordionist to be part of the prestigious BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artist scheme.
