Offering a holistic approach to healing and uniting mind, body and soul through meditation, mindfulness, yoga and self love coaching through a variety of classes and retreat days. Zoe, the owner set the business up following some challenging years in her life where yoga and meditation was her saving grace.
Now empowering others to take a journey of self-love to heal through these beautiful sessions.
