About The General Tarleton
The General Tarleton is a historic coaching inn, in the heart of Ferrensby village, located on the outskirts of Harrogate and Knaresborough. It’s an award-winning pub from Michelin-starred chef-operator Tommy Banks, serving exceptional, seasonal pub fare from Executive Chef Aled Williams and Head Chef Charlie Rush. It pours a selection of great local beers, and has an extensive, and excellent drinks list.
In winter, hunker up by the fire playing board games, in summer soak up the rays on the terrace, and stay for longer in one of the pub’s well-appointed eight bedrooms, including luxury en-suite and super king beds.
