About The Geall Gallery
The Geall Gallery is an independent working open studio where you can witness creativity in action and meet the artists behind the work. It is home to landscape artist Chris Geall, best known for his vibrant palette knife oil paintings of the North Yorkshire Moors and North East coastline. Visitors can often watch Chris at work and chat with him about his techniques and inspirations. The gallery also hosts potter and illustrator Abigail Featherstone, who creates hand-thrown and slab-built stoneware pots decorated with stained slips, combining pottery with her illustrative style.
