Relaxed and informal, but still uncompromising in terms of quality, The Fat Abbot Gastro Pub is set in the grounds of The Parsonage Hotel and Spa in Escrick. Home-made dishes, featuring classics and family favourites, showcase the very best in local produce. Whether you are staying with us, enjoying the Spa facilities or simply passing by, you are guaranteed a warm welcome.With a friendly Yorkshire welcome, unwind and relax in tradition with a twist surroundings. A open roaring fire in the Winter months is the ideal place to have a drink and something to eat.Our Gastro style dishes and homemade classics and sourced local ingredients make this somewhere to come back to again and again. Plus a fine selection of cask ales!The Fat Abbot will offer a friendly, informal yet professional service where you can eat what you want where you want in either the Bar area, Cosy Restaurant area or soft areas and in the warmer months why not take yourself Al fresco.We believe in serving great food, delivering the right levels of service and giving you value for money!Monday to Saturday: 11am – 11 p.m Sunday: 11am – 10:30 p.mFood Hours: Mon – Sat, 12 – 2:30 / 5:30 – 9pm Sun, 12 – 9pm
