A hearty full-English or continental breakfast is included in the price. Guests are welcome to make use of the lounge, including 50" Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime available along with all the catch up BBC iplayer and ITVHub channels, etc..

We can also provide secure storage for bikes and hosepipe/water for cleaning. Rowan Tree House B&B is situated in the centre of Sleights, near the village shop, post office, butcher and baker, and within walking distance of the village's two pubs (The Plough Inn and The Salmon Leap, both serving food), a fish & chip shop and restaurant.

Free off-street parking is available on our drive for three carefully parked vehicles, or just a few metres down the road in the village car park. Sleights is also situated on the A169 and on the Coastliner A480 bus route and there is a train station in the village with trains running from Middlesbrough to Whitby. There is a local bus route running from Whitby which runs regularly through the day but not in the evening.
