The knowledgeable local volunteer team at Richmond Information Centre stand ready to help you make the most of your visit. We can supply information on Richmond and the surrounding area - local attractions, places to eat, places to stay, walks and experiences. We'll also let you know about events happening in and around town - Richmond's got a lot going on!

You’ll find us open 7 days a week in the Victorian Market Hall on the Market Place.

Walkers

Richmond's on the popular and stunning Coast to Coast Walk, soon to be the UK's newest National Trail. You can pick up your Coast to Coast Passport here, as well as a great selection of maps and guidebooks for anything from the Pennine Way to walks involving pubs! RIC has its own hugely popular range of local publications with walks tested by Richmond volunteers.

Parking

Make RIC your first stop: park in the Market Place, pop in for your free Parking Disc, and park free for up to 2 hours in Richmond and many other North Yorkshire towns. Result!
