Leading off the kitchen is a handy utility room, complete with walk in shower room and cupboard housing a washing machine.

Upstairs on the first floor is a double bedroom, a further shower room and separate WC, twin bedroom, and a gorgeous master bedroom with king size bed, this room also has a freestanding luxury roll top bath.

On the second floor you will find a double bedroom, triple room comprising a double bed and single bed and an additional shower room with WC.

Outside is an enclosed courtyard garden with seating plus off street parking for one car. With unrestricted parking on the road outside and many surrounding streets. (although not guaranteed!)
