Our Location
We are set back off the Market Square we offer six delightful ensuite rooms with a mix of period and contemporary decor. It is an ideal base for walking and cycling in the Yorkshire Dales and for those taking on the challenge of the Yorkshire Three Peaks. Just over a 5 min walk from the train station of the famous Settle to Carlisle Railway. Free Parking is available and secure bike storage
Our Bedrooms
We have 4 doubles, 1 twin 1 single room. Double rooms have a King Size bed and all rooms have quality mattresses. Treat yourselves to the Luxury suite which includes a sofa, large flat smart TV, the ensuite bathroom with a double Jacuzzi bath and separate power shower. All our bathrooms have quality powerful showers and luxury toiletries. Bed linen is high quality Egyptian cotton and luxury white towels. All have hospitality trays, fridge, flat screen TV’s and free WIFI. All rooms are named after local beers (former public house) with “Black Sheep” on the ground floor bedroom accommodating well behaved pets and wheelchair accessible.

Our Breakfasts
Our breakfasts served in the dining room are cooked to order, using fresh local ingredients. We have a good choice for all tastes whether it’s the Full Yorkshire, Smoked Salmon with Eggs of your choice or Kippers. Vegan and Vegetarian GF and Dairy options. We even make our own bread for toast!

- Do you have parking available?
Yes, but we have limited spaces within our property and the spaces cannot be pre-booked. We can direct you on arrival what will be suitable. We can normally accommodate everyone. There is Greenfoot Pay and Display only 150m away with reasonable price and free between 6pm-9am.
- Do you have secure bike storage?
Yes, we can store your cycles in our cellar securely and there is electric available for re-charging e-bikes. However, due to the logistics, Tandems have to be locked up at the rear of the property under cover.
- How far are you from the Railway station?
Settle Railway station (Leeds to Carlisle) is a 7 minute walk away and Giggleswick Station (Bentham/Lancaster Line) is just over 1 mile away.
- Do you take one night bookings?
We only take one night bookings on Sunday through to Thursday nights, however we will restrict the number of these one nights to a maximum of 3 rooms with a single night.
- What time is your Breakfast served from?
Our normal breakfast time is 7.30-9.30am and we cook to order. However, if you require an earlier breakfast for such as prior to walking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, we can serve as early as 5.30am pre-ordered.
