What is the atmosphere like at Elsworth at the Mill?

Characterful, relaxed and a little bit different. We’ve designed the Mill to feel welcoming and be somewhere people can eat, drink, chat and genuinely enjoy themselves. The surrounding Skipton Woods add to that sense of being tucked away somewhere special, while you’re still right in the heart of Skipton.

How much support will I have when planning my event?

We’re here to make things as easy and enjoyable as possible, with a dedicated events planner to guide you through the key details, from making the most of the space to menus, drinks and timings.

You can be as involved as you like, with our experienced team on hand throughout to offer advice, support and help bring your plans to life.

How many people can you accommodate?

The Mill works particularly well for intimate and mid-sized events, with flexibility depending on how you’d like to use the space.

For weddings and celebrations, we can accommodate up to 64 guests for a seated meal, with larger numbers possible for more informal dining and evening celebrations. Our maximum evening capacity is around 80 guests.

Where are you located and what is there to do nearby?

You’ll find us at High Corn Mill on Chapel Hill in Skipton, right on the edge of beautiful Skipton Woods and just a short walk from the town centre.

With Skipton Castle, independent shops, cafés, restaurants and the Yorkshire Dales nearby, it’s the perfect place to make a weekend of it.

Can I make the space feel like my own?

Absolutely! We love seeing the space transformed to reflect you, and we’re flexible with styling and personal touches.
