About Cold Bath Plunge
Cold Bath Plunge is an outdoor woodland sauna and cold plunge at Birk Crag, tucked into the trees on Crag Lane beside Bamber & Brown café.
Inspired by Harrogate's Victorian spa heritage, it brings the town's bathing tradition back outdoors. Move between the heat of the sauna and the bracing chill of our cold plunge tubs, surrounded by woodland.
Sessions last 50 minutes for up to 8 people, with changing rooms, showers and a toilet on site. Book a single seat and plunge alongside others, or hire the whole cabin privately for friends, family or your team.
Built by Harrogate local Guy Coates from his own love of sauna and cold water, it's a friendly, unpretentious place to reset. Over 18s only. Book online.
