Carlton Towers

Carlton Towers is the family home of Lord and Lady Gerald Fitzalan Howard, situated just 5 miles outside of Selby in the village of Carlton. Built over 400 years ago, Carlton Towers is a Grade I listed stately home in the Victorian Gothic-revival style with stunning interiors and state rooms, the Stables Tearoom, 250 acres of beautiful parkland and a walled vineyard. Tours of the house and vineyard can be booked online.

The Stables Tearoom is open every day from 10am - 4pm serving brunch, sweet treats and afternoon teas (pre-book only). The tearoom overlooks the elegant walled garden vineyard from which the estate produces their sparkling wine.

Carlton Towers holds regular events including seasonal celebrations, themed dinners, and vineyard tours with Carlton Towers sparkling wine available to taste. The 'Stately Stays' give a taste of life in a stately home where guests can sleep in one of the house bedrooms, enjoy fine dining and explore the stunning interiors at their own pace. There is also a Cook School where students can hone their culinary skills.

Carlton Towers is available for private hire for weddings, family celebrations, corporate entertaining, meetings, team-building events and private dining.
