Our kitchen is all about proper pub food done well! From traditional favourites and seasonal specials to lighter lunches, bar snacks and our popular Sunday roasts, there's something for everyone. We use quality ingredients from local suppliers wherever possible and regularly introduce exciting new dishes. Afternoon teas, delicious cakes and tempting desserts are also available.

Enjoy traditional Yorkshire ales, draught lagers, ciders, premium wines, spirits and freshly made cocktails. Our drinks selection changes with the seasons, giving you plenty of reasons to try something new. Whether it's a quiet pint or cocktails with friends, our bar has you covered.

Accommodation

Our nine comfortable guest bedrooms are perfect for weekend getaways, business trips or visiting family and friends. Selected bedrooms are dog-friendly, so your four-legged companion can join your Yorkshire adventure! Please mention your dog when booking so we can arrange a suitable room. We're ideally located for exploring East Yorkshire and the surrounding countryside.

Family & Community

We're passionate about supporting local businesses, charities and our wonderful community. Families and well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a separate dog-free Garden Room available for guests who prefer it. We believe a proper local pub should bring people together and make everyone feel at home.
