About Victorian Baking: Spooky Shortbread
In Victorian times, inmates worked hard to prepare the food for everyone in the Workhouse. This October Half Term, we’re adding a touch of Halloween to our Victorian kitchen with some spooky shortbread!
Roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, learn a simple recipe and make your own Halloween-inspired shortbread to take home and enjoy.
This is one of the many fun and creative activities included in the price of your annual pass across our three museums. Make sure you check our ‘Things To Do’ page to see what else we have coming up this half term.
Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult. This activity is suitable for children aged 4+, but children will need adult supervision.
This activity takes place at Ripon Workhouse Museum and Gardens.

Tuesday 27th, Wednesday 28th & Thursday 29th from 10.30am - 3.00pm.
Prices
There is no need to book – just come along and join the fun! Baking is included in the price of your annual pass.
