About Peasholm Park Naval Warfare - Battle of Peasholm
Set on the Peasholm Park lake in beautiful garden surroundings.
War breaks out on the lake in the middle of the park when the 20-foot replica boats recreate some serious tensions during the Peasholm Park Naval Battle. The “Battle of Peasholm” lasts for 30 minutes and is produced three times per week.
Peasholm Park is a fundamental element of Scarborough’s North Bay tourist experience. With its Oriental theme, pagoda, lake, and waterfalls, Peasholm is a beautiful park treasured by many generations of visitors. There are many attractions, such as boating, golf, naval warfare battles, musical shows from the on-lake bandstand, and many seasonal events within the park.
Performances of the Battle of Peasholm in 2026 will take place at 3pm on Saturdays throughout July, every Monday and Thursday from 20 July onwards and every Monday, Thursday and Saturday throughout August until the last show on 31 August
There is also an additional Armed Forced Day Special on 27 June.
When can I see the Battle of Peasholm?
The Naval battles take place on the following days during the summer season:
June 27 - Armed Forces Day Special
4 - 18 July - every Saturday
20 July - 31 August - every Monday, Thursday & Saturday.
Performance times:
3pm prompt.
Tickets (available on the gate only)
