About Malton St Clement's Festival

This popular festival will return to Malton on this November. The free to enter, one day festival will be a celebration of winter, harvest, music and traditional blacksmithing.

Wrap up warm and come and join us for a jam-packed family day of fun activities in Malton’s picturesque Market Place.

There’ll be a whole host of activities planned throughout the day including sculpture and art trails, light shows, a variety of musical performances with singing and dancing, and of course, delicious treats from Malton’s eateries.

The event is organised and run by the Malton St Clement’s Steering Group which is made up of several representatives of businesses and organisations in Malton.

Activities taking place across the festival include:

Crafting and treat making

Children’s activities and more

Blacksmithing demonstrations and workshops

Art and sculptures

Music from bands, choirs, buskers and more!

The Milton Rooms and the Studio Bar will be open throughout the day for refreshments.

The Son et Lumiere and twilight lantern procession in the Market Place.

Some retailers around Malton will be open for a spot of late night shopping too.
