About Fountains Way Autumn Pilgrimage – Families Walk
Explore, play, reflect and discover with ‘Cathy the Curlew’ on this fun-filled family pilgrimage through the Yorkshire countryside.
This gentle 3-mile adventure is designed especially for children and their families, combining exploration, fun, reflection and discovery in the great outdoors. On arrival at Winksley, a cream tea will be offered.
The walk will include opportunities to explore, play, create and reflect together, making it a memorable day for children and adults alike. Whether you’re new to walking, open to encountering God through nature, or simply looking for a fun family day out, this special pilgrimage offers something for everyone.

Notes:
- Bring a picnic and drink (picnic stop at St Andrew's church at 12.45).
- Dogs on lead at all times.
- Wear suitable clothing and footwear.
- Crafts at Winksley.
