About Anyrocks
Whether you are taking part on your own or teaming up with a friend, there is a category for everyone, with both single and doubles events available.
Everyone is welcome and participation is free.
The main Anyrocks challenge will then take place at Ripon Leisure and Wellbeing Hub - The Jack Laugher Centre on Saturday 10 October but, to get everyone ready, you can take part in a test run at your local site.

This is your chance to come along, have a go and get an idea of your race time ahead of the main event.
The test runs take place from Saturday 12 to Sunday 20 September at our Active North Yorkshire venues and you can book your test run in person at our sites from Saturday 15 August.
If you are booking for the doubles event, only one person needs to make a booking for both people.

- 2 minutes bike (max distance)
- 1 minute rest
- 2 minutes row (max distance)
- 1 minute rest
- 2 minutes slam ball (max reps)
- 1 minute rest
- 2 minutes burpees (max reps)
- 1 minute rest
- 2 minutes run (max distance)

- How much is the event and do I need to be a member to take part?
The event is free and open to everyone, even non-members!
- Can you do this event as a double?
There will be both double and single entries available.
- What is the test workout?
It's a great chance to familiarise yourself with the challenge and get an idea of your race time ahead of the main event. They are held at your local Active North Yorkshire venue 12 - 20 September.
