The town of Pickering, only three miles away, is home to the much-loved North Yorkshire Moors Railway which will whisk you away through the picturesque moors and onto the coastal town of Whitby. Other popular local attractions include Castle Howard, Flamingo Land, Dalby Forest and Eden Camp which are all fantastic days out for the family .
