About Whitby Distillery - Botany Way Shop
Whitby Distillery crafts award-winning spirits, including the BEST BRITISH LONDON DRY, spiced rum, and fruit gins. Inspired by Yorkshire’s rugged coastline and moors, ingredients like Sugar Kelp and Heather create a refreshing, earthy gin. Founded by a Yorkshire couple after a camping trip in the Hebrides, their first bottle launched in 2018, earning international awards within months. Hand-distilled in small batches using a copper still, each bottle is filled, labeled, and packaged by hand, making Whitby Gin a true Yorkshire-crafted spirit.
