With award-winning cuisine and warm, traditional charm, The Sandpiper Inn offers an undoubtedly desirable dining experience whilst visiting the Yorkshire Dales.
Jonathan has been chef patron at The Sandpiper Inn in Leyburn for over 25 years, supported by trusted local suppliers.
Previously, Jonathan won the prestigious Roux Scholarship, which led to his appointment as Chef de Cuisine at a top Birmingham hotel. Leading a team of 32 chefs, he created the menu for the G8 summit heads of state banquet.
The Sandpiper Inn has numerous accolades, including Yorkshire Life Dining Pub of the Year, Gastro Pub Top 100 and featured in the Michelin Guide, further cementing its reputation as a must-visit dining destination.
