About The Portly Pig
The Portly Pig is a craft ale and bottle shop that opened in September 2023. We serve a rotating selection of three cask ales and five ever-changing kegs, with a focus on local breweries. In addition, we offer a diverse range of bottled and canned beers for takeaway.
Our venue features an elegant Art Deco design, with viridian and ivory-painted walls, wooden floors, and three inviting upstairs lounge areas furnished with plush wingback armchairs. We also host regular events, including a book club on Tuesdays and chess nights on Wednesdays.
