About The Forum
The Forum, Northallerton, a registered charity (No 1150546), is set in a prominent and accessible position, in this busy, vibrant market town in North Yorkshire, set between the scenic Yorkshire Dales, and the North York
moors.
From its early beginnings in 1975, as a Community Centre, the building was owned by the local Council. A small group formed in 2012, who became the Board of Trustees, to give the Forum a more sustainable future, and they also became a registered charity.
The Forum is a great facility which offers a diverse programme of events and activities which include a range of live music, theatre, comedy, cinema, live streamed events, lectures and talks, etc. and education opportunities
for the people of Northallerton and beyond. We offer superb meeting and conference facilities for hire, so whether it's a small one to one meeting or for a conference for 350 people, the Forum can meet your needs. We can also provide buffet lunches/fruit and refreshments to suit all your dietary requirements and budget.
