Sample our award-winning spirits whilst creating and distilling your bespoke recipe in one of our beautiful miniature copper stills, before taking your very own bottle home with you!
Start off in the distillery for a quick tour and see our two beautiful copper stills, where our gins are created. Head over to the Gin School where you’ll create a personal recipe for your very own gin. Choose from nearly 100 dried and over 60 fresh botanicals from our patch in the castle gardens.
