Located on the edge of Grassington in Wharfedale, the National Park Visitor Centre serves as a central starting point for exploring the village, Linton Falls, and the River Wharfe. Information advisers are available to provide guidebooks, leaflets, and personalized walking recommendations.

Staff can also assist with visit planning, public transport routes, accommodation bookings, and the purchase of maps or outdoor clothing.

The site features a large car park with coach spaces, a picnic area and an electric vehicle charging point. Public toilets are available for a small fee, including Radar key access and a fully equipped Changing Places facility for users with disabilities.
