With over 10 years’ experience in some of the UK’s finest MICHELIN-accredited kitchens, chef Josh Barnes has created a fresh culinary experience like no other at Chef’s Table. Combining intimate fine-dining with Swinton’s Estate to Plate food philosophy the menu showcases the very best seasonal produce grown, reared and foraged on the Swinton Estate, Yorkshire and the North East.
Seating just 12 guests, the experience is both immersive and precise. Proudly featured in the MICHELIN Guide, it invites guests to engage with the craft of fine dining at its most personal – a moment of quiet theatre where each dish is finished and presented before you.
Your evening will begin with a private drinks reception of seasonal aperitifs, followed by an eight-course menu plated in front of you on the Chef’s Table pass.
Chef’s Table by Josh Barnes is open for dinner between Wednesday and Saturday, from 7pm, and for a lighter five-course lunch on Saturday, from 12:30pm.
