Beacon Farm Campsite

Whether it’s for a family trip to the seaside, a few days exploring the beautiful Yorkshire coast or you just really love Ice Cream then we look forward to welcoming you here at Beacon Farm Campsite!

Based on our farm just a few miles outside of Whitby, we have great views over Whitby and the countryside and our site is in a great location for exploring the surrounding area and everything it has to offer ….and the best bit, we make our own Ice Cream! We’ve diversified away from traditional farming and we’re now kept busy through the summer months making and supplying luxury dairy ice cream to other local businesses.

The campsite is on the same site as our ice cream parlour and tearooms, so if you don’t feel like cooking then we can offer range of home cooked breakfasts, delicious lunches and light snacks….or if you’d just prefer ice cream for breakfast then that’s fine too…you are on holiday after all!

We’re a family friendly campsite offering plenty of space for children to tire themselves out. We work on the premise that if the children are happy then generally the parents are too! At the heart of our site is the children’s timber playground where children can spend hours enjoying themselves and making new friends, then our woodland nature trail also makes for a great family walk offering plenty of natural features and wooden sculptures carved by chainsaw artists

We accept Caravans and Motorhomes onto our hardstanding pitches between February – September (Must be members of the camping and caravanning club) All caravan pitches come with electric hook up and any use of an awning is included.

Our tent field is open April – September We offer both Electric and Non electric grass pitches.
