Your visit begins with a live cheesemaking demonstration, you’ll then continue on a self‑guided journey through the heritage, craft, and flavour of Yorkshire Wensleydale with activities along the way.

Cheesemaking Demonstrations

Your Cheese Experience starts with a live demonstration, where you’ll watch skilled and knowledgeable cheese experts handcraft Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese from local milk. You’ll learn every step of the process with clear, engaging explanations that bring the craft to life.

Daily demonstration times: 10:30am | 12pm | 1pm | 2pm | 3pm | 3.45pm

Online booking available, however please note the 10:30am & 3.45pm demonstrations cannot be booked online.
