Afternoon Tea at Wrea Head Hall Hotel

Treat that special person to a scrumptious Afternoon Tea, beautifully presented on a tiered cake stand and served in one of our relaxed and elegant public rooms, conservatory, or terrace, where far-reaching views over the gardens and countryside beyond may be enjoyed.

Freshly prepared in our kitchens by a team of talented chefs, the tiers will include an assortment of sandwiches, scones with jam and clotted cream, a selection of miniature cakes, and desserts to satisfy the most discerning palate. To accompany this, a pot of tea or coffee (depending on preference) will be provided.

Wrea Head Hall is located in Scalby Village on the outskirts of Scarborough, bordering the North York Moors National Park and just a short distance from the Heritage Coast. For those wishing to explore the area,the hotel is ideally located to visit local attractions such as Whitby, Filey, Goathland and Robin Hoods Bay with the Cathedral City of York about 50 minutes away by car.

For those who would prefer a slightly lighter option, we offer a traditional Cream Tea with a selection of either fruit or plain scones, with jam and clotted cream, once again accompanied by either a pot of tea or coffee.
