Books by the Beach

Books by the Beach festival is back for a long weekend on Friday 5th June, Saturday 6th June and Sunday 7th June.  With a selection of incredible authors appearing in person to chat about their latest books & personally signing at each event.

The festival opens with a Bronte bonanza and closes with the world’s leading classicist, Mary Beard. Come listen to musical musings, history, politics, nature writing and daring RNLI sea rescue. Scarborough welcomes international master storyteller Alexander McCall Smith, top thriller writer and Traitors star Harriet Tyce, ITV’s News at Ten Anchor Tom Bradby plus legendary ‘Queen of Shops’ Mary Portas OBE.
