About Land, Sea & Sky - Clare Dean, Ailsa Read, Rachel Mcnaughton and Katherine Whitby - The Station
This exhibition is by four Yorkshire artists who have all shown their work at Harlow Carr and are all inspired by the landscape in very different ways.
Clare is a mixed media artist who uses acrylics painted with palette knives and other tools. Ailsa is a seascape artist who find the different moods of the sea capivating. Rachel is a watercolour artist painting familar scenes of the Yorkshire Dales and Katherine enjoys the buttery feel of oils depicting local landscapes. We hope our work will speak to you in very different ways and you will find something to suit everyone's taste or evoke a memory to contect with.
