About The Yorkshire Pasta Company HQ
It is a pleasure to introduce you to our Premium Artisan Pasta. Our British pasta is made using locally milled wheat flour, a signature blend of flour that matches up to the properties of the traditional semolina flour (durum wheat is not commercially grown in the UK). I am very proud of our ‘family secret’ blend and believe that it results in a more robust and wholesome pasta. We spent time in Italy in 2019 learning the traditional artisan methods from small scale producers.
