About Storytime & Playful Art - The Station
Gather round and get comfortable as Jaci shares The Elephant and The Bee an enchanting illustrated childrens story she wrote to raise funds for the conservation charity Save the Elephants. Follow Mwanzi, a mischievous young elephant who gets lost and must journey through the wild with courage and wit. Along the way, he discovers the importance of family, friendship, and finding where he belongs in this heartwarming tale of adventure.
After hearing all about Mwanzi and his friends, youll be inspired to head over to the giant drawing table to create collaborative artwork using Jacis illustrations and your own imagination. Youll also have the chance to paint and experiment with fun creative effects to make your own artwork to take home, using the same watercolour inks featured in Jacis illustrations, along with playful techniques involving bubbles and sprinkles.
Suitable for ages 3+.
PLEASE NOTE: All children must be accompanied by an adult, though multiple children can attend with one adult. A ticket must be purchased for each attendee, including adults.
