About Fighting from Dunkirk to Berlin: Talk with Jack Needler - The Green Howards Museum

Join us for a compelling afternoon with Jack Needler, author of Fighting from Dunkirk to Berlin, as he shares the powerful journey behind writing his debut book and brings to life the wartime experiences of his grandfather.

The talk will explore Jack’s personal journey into military history, the inspiration behind the book, and selected extracts that trace his grandfather’s service with the Green Howards of the 50th Division, from the North African Campaign to service with the British Expeditionary Force during the Second World War.

Expect a welcome glass of wine or soft drink on arrival, a talk by Jack Needler, insights into researching and writing Fighting from Dunkirk to Berlin, readings from the book and an opportunity to purchase signed copies on the day.

Copies of Fighting from Dunkirk to Berlin will be available to buy, with book signing by Jack Needler following the talk.
