About Flossie Malavaille - Stokesley Town Hall

Flossie Malavialle is a French-born singer who was based in the North East of England from 2002 to 2019 before returning to her beloved la Belle France. Although she performs less frequently now, she has established herself as a celebrated artist, enchanting audiences at folk clubs and festivals across the UK, Europe, and Australia. She has also had the honour of supporting acclaimed acts such as Fairport Convention and Show of Hands. Flossie performs a rich and diverse repertoire in French, English, and Spanish ranging from traditional folk songs and jazz standards to blues numbers and timeless classics by dith Piaf and Jacques Brel. Her performances are peppered with witty Geordie French banter that adds a unique charm and guarantee both fun and emotional depth. New album : TRUE COLOURS (2024) Released in 2024, True Colours features 12 beautifully arranged tracks - classic folk-pop covers and hidden French gems.
