About Being Herd Consultation Workshop - Northallerton Library
The Northallerton Heritage Hub is working towards securing funding for its future. To do this, we are hoping to establish a new project Being Herd: Unearthing North Yorkshires Rural Heritage. This project will explore farming and rural heritage across the former Richmondshire area, helping to uncover and celebrate stories, skills and traditions that have shaped our rural communities.
Join the team and Arran Johnson (Wessex Archaeology) for an informal consultation workshop. We want to hear your thoughts: what activities would you most like to see? Which rural and heritage crafts do you feel are worth exploring? How can the project can best reflect local interests and experiences?
