About The Malton Time Traveller Campaign - Malton Museum
We’ve partnered with local shops creating a fun, family trail to get you exploring Malton and learning about Roman military life. Find 6 knitted high Roman army wives inside the stores around Malton to learn more about the Roman army’s secrets to success.
If you complete the Campaign route, return to the front desk in the museum during normal opening hours (Thur-Fri-Sat, 10:30-15:30) for a special certificate for your young ‘tirones’ (Latin for recruit).
*The event is a fundraising effort to bring awareness of the Malton Museum's work. The museum is hoping to move into a new home in the centre of Malton and is looking for donations to support this.*
