Mental Health First Aid Training

This course is designed for individuals who want to become a MHFAider®, equipping them with the knowledge, awareness, and skills to identify signs of poor mental health, initiate supportive conversations, and guide individuals toward appropriate help.Key Benefits:* Gain confidence in providing first-level mental health support and early intervention. * Develop active listening skills and empathy to engage in meaningful conversations. * Learn how to navigate discussions with a greater understanding of mental health language and stigma. * Understand the boundaries and confidentiality of the MHFAider role. * Access self-care strategies to maintain personal well-being.In addition to the training, you will join the Association of Mental Health First Aiders, the largest dedicated community of MHFAiders in England.
