About Stereoscope Animation Workshop

Have you ever wanted to have a go at creating your own animation?Inspired by stereoscopic images from the museum collection, join Virpi Kettu in this fun filled 1 hour session where youll create your own animation! What is a stereoscopic image? It's a special kind of picture that makes things look 3D (three-dimensional), like theyre popping out at you! It works by showing two slightly different picturesone for each eyejust like how your eyes see the world from slightly different angles. When your brain puts these two pictures together, it creates the illusion of depth, making the image look more real and lifelike, almost like you could reach out and touch it!
