In conversation with Helen Boaden.ANNE SEBBA is a historian and award-winning biographer. She has written eleven works of non-fiction, mostly about iconic 20th century women.Today Anne shares her new book, The Women's Orchestra of Auschwitz. In 1943, German SS officers of Auschwitz ordered that an orchestra should be formed among female prisoners to play marching music to other inmates and concerts to officers in charge.
