About Sound Bath With Guided Shamanic Drum Meditation - The Station

Sunday 6th July 2025 at 6.15pm to 7.15pm

£15 Admission, limited spaces, book directly by contacting Fiona on: 07592 287923, or emailing: ancestralsoundsnorthyorkshire@gmail.com

Join Fiona from Ancestral Sounds for an hour of pure escapism as she takes you on a magical sound journey to evoke deep relaxation and inner peace. For half an hour you will be transported by ethereal and powerful sounds of the magnificent Chau Gong and then the beautiful hum of the crystal bowls with chimes.

The outside world will seem like a distant reality as the resonance of these wonderful instruments interact with your luminous energy field and every single cell in your body.

Lastly a half hour guided meditation with the Shamanic Drum will facilitate you connecting deeply to Mother Earth herself. Feeling the heart beat of Mother Earth against yours and traveling deep into her core to gain the wisdom and love she offers. Each of the three sessions will have their own unique guided meditation.

You will need to bring a mat, pillow, blanket, water and anything else that you need to be comfortable. Please note: if you have back or joint issues, a thin yoga mat is not going to be suitable. The comfier you can make yourself, the more incredible your sound journey will be!
