Expect to hear classic country from Dolly Parton, Patty Loveless, Don Williams, Patti Page, Crystal Gale, Patsy Cline and contemporary country from The Dixie Chicks, Alison Krauss, Terri Clark, Vince Gill, Ray Froggy Froggatt, Linda Ronstadt, Mary Chapin Carpenter and many, many more.

The Background
Dixon County was initiated in 2021 by drummer and percussionist Roger Jones, well known for his work with Blue Horizon, White Line Fever and Dixon J Scotts Ridge Riders at that time, also featuring keyboard player Paul Sowden and bassist, Shaun Clarke.
The untimely passing of Dixon J Scott in 2020 was a huge and sad loss to the country music scene. Determined to keep his name and his songs alive, Roger, Paul and Shaun set out to form a new band. They recruited lead vocalist Sue Parks and guitar/mandolin player Rob Hall and Dixon County was born!
In 2023, Shaun stepped down from the band and the bass playing position is now in the hands of the talented Jeff Brown.
Since those early days, Dixon County have become a very firmly established part of the UK Country Scene and much in demand at Clubs, Festivals, Art Centres and Independent Village Hall Themed Country Shows.
