About Moondogs - The Milton Rooms

The Moondogs are an energetic, vibrant 3 piece cover band who superbly recreate the sights, sounds and raw energy of the 50s and 60s.

From the fantastic Rock n Roll sounds of Elvis, Buddy Holly, Chuck Berry and Jerry Lee Lewis etc.... to the musical explosion that defined the 60s from artists such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Animals, Johnny Kidd & The Pirates, The Kinks, Spencer Davis Group. The Moondogs will transport you back to those exciting times that swept teenagers along in its wake and helped shape a generation.

Performing their shows around the country to much aclaim, they've become a much sought after band for 60s festivals (including Butlins Festival of 60s weekends), corporate events and private parties.

They've appeared alongside many of the country's leading 60s artists, including The Searchers, Hermen's Hermits, The Hollies, The Fortunes, Vanity Fare, New Amen Corner, Union Gap, The Swinging Blue Jeans, Edison Lighthouse, The Tornadoes, The Dakotas, Marmalade and many more.
