Siren Distillers

Siren Distillers was founded in 2023 from the idea that Scarborough deserved to have a spirit it could call its own. After months of planning, creativity and “what ifs” the Siren founders decided to take the plunge (pun intended) and dive into the adventure of making craft spirits. And so, Scarborough’s first ever rum company was born.

To ensure quality and heritage at the heart of every bottle, the finest Caribbean rums are used at the base of Scarborough Siren products. These super smooth rums, giving depth and character are infused with natural and local ingredients to deliver full bodied flavour in every sip. With a passion for place and taste, Siren Distillers hopes to put Scarborough on the map for premium spirits.

As part of our offering in Scarborough, we are now based at the Distillers Lounge where you can visit our 300L still (Ariel), join our tasting sessions and get hands on by making your very own gin or spiced rum.
