Embrace the traditional Turkish Baths ceremony - a rhythmic progression of thermal therapy designed to detoxify the body and soothe the mind. Guests are guided through a precise cycle of heating and cooling to invigorate the circulation and encourage deep relaxation.

Your journey follows the authentic sequence:

• Prepare: A refreshing Shower followed by the aromatic Steam Room.
• Heat Chambers: After a further Shower and a bracing dip in the Plunge Pool, you will move through our three increasingly intense heat chambers: the Tepidarium (Warm), the Calidarium (Hot), and the Laconium (Hottest).
• Cool & Reset: Between each heat chamber, the ritual is punctuated by a Shower and Plunge to reset the body’s temperature.
• Relax: Your experience concludes in the breathtaking Frigidarium, where you can relax under the magnificent Moorish arches as your body returns to its natural state.

Our treatment menu has been thoughtfully refined to focus on the art of touch and the science of skincare. We specialise in bespoke massages, restorative facials, and indulgent body rituals that nourish the senses. To maintain our focus on holistic wellness, we no longer offer traditional beauty services such as manicures or pedicures, prioritising instead deep-tissue and skin-revitalising therapies.

The Heritage Tours

Many visitors love the architecture but may not want to bathe.

• Details: We offer 45-minute guided history tours led by our resident historian.
• When: Wednesday mornings at 8:30 am. (subject to availability)
• Why: It’s the only time guests can explore the baths in their full Victorian glory with a camera to capture the stunning Moorish décor.

Spa Etiquette & Comfort

• Hydration: We provide water throughout the thermal journey. We encourage all guests to drink plenty of water before and after the ritual to stay hydrated.
• Arrival: We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your session time to allow for a relaxed check-in and changing process.
• Towels: We provide two towels per guest—one for use during the thermal journey and a fresh one for your final shower.

• Age Policy: Strictly for ages 16 and over.
• What to Bring: Swimwear is compulsory for all sessions. A towel is provided for your use during your visit.
• Booking: Advance booking is essential, especially for weekends and treatments.
• Parking: Jubilee Multi-Storey Car Park is a short 5-minute walk away.
• Accessibility: As a Grade II* listed building, we have some structural limitations. However, we strive to be as inclusive as possible. We recommend that guests with specific accessibility needs call us so we can personally assist with their visit requirements.
