Filey Distillery

Filey Distillery, rather like the town itself, is enchanting and has its own particular spirit. Distilled, crafted and bottled in a 160 year old former herring smokehouse on the North Yorkshire Coast. Winning multiple global awards for their coastal gins, the distillery is steeped in tradition, expertly distilled using a copper pot still, each bottle is then filled, labelled and signed by hand.
